Questions Directors Ask
Who counts as an enrolled kiddo?
Children enrolled at your center. The count is checked every night, and a change shows up on your next invoice, with no proration in between.
Do teachers or families cost extra?
No. Every director, teacher, parent, grandparent and pickup contact has their own account at no extra cost, however many there are.
How do families pay tuition?
Invoices show in the family app from day one. When you turn on online payments, your center connects its own Stripe account, families pay by card or autopay, and the money goes to you. Stripe’s card fees apply.
How do we get started?
Tell us about your center. The Kiddo Flow team sets up your rooms and loads your roster, then you invite your staff and families with codes.
Can we cancel?
Yes. You manage the plan from Billing in the app, including your card, invoices and cancellation.
Is there an app?
Yes. Kiddo Flow is coming to the App Store and Google Play, and it works today in any browser on phones, tablets and computers.
