Built Around the Rules You’re Inspected On

Ratios, group sizes, naptime relief, attendance records and incident reports. Kiddo Flow does the counting all day and keeps the records your licensing specialist asks for.

Your State’s Ratios, Built In

Each room is set to its age group, and the monitor checks it against your state’s table all day. Arkansas is verified. Oklahoma and Texas are loaded and being checked against their current rules.

  • Group size limits, not just ratios
  • Naptime relief from 2½ years: half the teachers stay in the room, three quarters in the building
  • A teacher who clocks out comes off the count straight away

Records That Hold Up When Someone Asks

Attendance is the proof you were in ratio and the basis for tuition. An incident report can end up in front of a lawyer. Neither should depend on a phone’s clock.

Server-Stamped Times

The app shows the time the teacher tapped. Next to it, the server writes its own time, and flags any phone that was more than two minutes off.

Witnessed Signatures

When a parent signs an incident report, the server records who signed, when, the exact consent wording, and a fingerprint of the report. Nobody can edit a signature afterward.
