Everything the Day Needs, Nothing It Doesn’t

Kiddo Flow replaces the sign-in sheet, the ratio math on a whiteboard, the daily report forms, the group text and the tuition spreadsheet. Here’s what each person gets.

Log the Whole Room in One Tap

At naptime nobody has a free hand. Pick a preset and Kiddo Flow writes it for every child in the room, and every family sees it right away.

  • Presets for the things you log all day
  • Keeps working on spotty Wi-Fi and catches up when it’s back
  • Photos are shrunk on the phone before they upload

The Full Toolkit

The Day in the Rooms

Check-In and Check-Out
From a teacher’s phone or a PIN kiosk on the entryway tablet, with a full record of who dropped off and who picked up.
Kiosk That Locks Itself
A shared tablet signs out after three minutes with nobody touching it, so the roster never sits open in the lobby.
One-Tap Daily Logs
Meals, naps, diapers and potty, activities, mood, medication, notes and photos, for one child or a whole room.
Allergy and Immunization Alerts
Shown everywhere a child appears, so a substitute teacher sees them too.

Families in the Loop

Live Timeline
Families see check-in, meals, naps and photos as they’re logged, with a push notification for the moments that matter.
Messages and Announcements
Private threads with a child’s teachers, and center-wide news and a shared calendar.
Conference Sign-Ups
A teacher opens a run of 10, 15, 20 or 30-minute slots and families claim their own.
Documents With Read Receipts
Handbooks, forms and menus for the center or one room, with a record of who has read what.

Learning

Observations
Seven developmental domains, from language to self-help, marked emerging, progressing or mastered. Share them with the family or keep them for assessments.
Weekly Lesson Plans
A theme and an activity per day for each room, kept as a draft until you publish it to families.

The Office

Tuition and Invoicing
Generate every family’s monthly invoice in one click and track paid, due and overdue.
Online Payments and Autopay
When you turn them on, families pay by card and the money goes to your center’s own Stripe account.

Paperwork That Holds Up

Attendance is your licensing proof and the basis for tuition. An incident report is a legal record. Kiddo Flow treats them that way.

  • Times from the server. Every check-in carries the server’s own clock next to the device’s, so a wrong phone clock can’t move it.
  • Witnessed signatures. Who signed, when, the exact consent wording and a fingerprint of the record all come from the server.
  • Ready for inspection. Printable attendance logs and incident exports, plus year-end tuition statements for families.
